Operational Clarity Session — Specific Conditions

These conditions apply to the $495 Operational Clarity Session and supplement Gizlen Global's general website Terms of Use. If they differ, these service-specific conditions govern this session, subject to applicable law.

What the session includes

One private 60-minute remote working session focused on one defined management or operational challenge, with a concise written action brief outlining practical next steps, normally delivered within two business days after the session. This is not a full workflow audit, software implementation, continuing consulting engagement, or guarantee of particular business results. Advice is operational and does not replace licensed legal, tax, or accounting services.

Scheduling and availability

After confirmed payment, Gizlen Global will contact the customer at the supplied email address, generally within one business day, to coordinate a time and request brief preparation information. Times depend on mutual availability. Deadlines below are measured from the confirmed session start time in the America/New_York time zone.

If we cannot arrange a mutually suitable session time after reasonable efforts, the customer may request a full refund without deduction of processing costs.

Customer-requested cancellations

For a customer cancellation before a session is scheduled, or at least 48 hours before a confirmed session, an eligible refund may be reduced by the actual third-party payment-processing fee Gizlen Global cannot recover, but only where permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules. There is no additional refund administration charge or markup.

Processing-cost example, not a fixed deduction: On a $495 payment charged at an illustrative 2.9% + $0.30 card rate, the original fee would be approximately $14.66. The actual amount, if any, depends on the payment method and transaction and will be identified when a refund is calculated.

Rescheduling and late cancellations

One complimentary rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Customer cancellations received less than 48 hours before the session are generally nonrefundable; where at least 24 hours' notice is given, the one-time rescheduling option is still available. Requests made within 24 hours are considered individually. A failure to attend without notice is generally nonrefundable.

Cancellation by Gizlen Global

If Gizlen Global cannot deliver the session and the customer does not wish to reschedule, Gizlen Global will issue a full refund, without withholding processing costs.

Completed services and legal rights

Completed sessions are generally nonrefundable except as required by law or expressly agreed. Nothing in these conditions limits non-waivable consumer rights, legally required refunds, or rights relating to services not provided as promised.
